Hi, my name is Carolina Gartner and I own and operate People & SolutioNZ.

Highly qualified and experienced in business operations and people issues
What makes us different? I have had over 25 years' experience in leading and managing people in senior and executive roles in the public sector and not-for-profit environment. I have come from an operational and business background so I know from experience what it means to run a business and manage the people and HR issues that arise.
I have post-graduate qualifications in business and have attended a number of international executive development and leadership programmes including Stanford University, London Business School and AGSM in Australia. I am also a Member of the Human Resources Institute of NZ, NZ Institute of Management, NZ Institute of Directors and BNI (Business Network International).
I have extensive experience in the operational management of a large regional organisation providing land titles and survey services, child, youth and family services, establishing the Leadership Development Centre, strategic development and planning, and culture and HR services development in the transport sector.
I have been on the Board of Trustees of Mary Potter Hospice, Wellington, for over 5 years, the last three as Deputy Chair and Chair so I understand NFPs and the challenging environment they work in.
