Hi, my name is Carolina Gartner and I own and operate People & SolutioNZ.

Your small, medium or not-for-profit organisation needs effective human resources. I understand the needs of these types of organisations and I know that you often cannot afford to employ full-time HR services. That's where we come in!

Our overheads are low and that helps to keep our rates affordable without compromising on quality and service. We sit with you, listen to you and offer solutions that suit your specific human resources needs. In other words, we don't believe in off-the-shelf, recycled models, or one-size-fits-all approaches!

What makes us different? I have had over 25 years' experience in leading and managing people and organisations in the public sector, small business environment and not-for-profit sector. I have come from an operational and business background so I know from experience what it means to run a business.

I also take pride in the quality of the work that we do for our clients and take time to get to know and understand them. Most of our work comes by word-of-mouth, referrals and from the reputation that we have built for excellent solutions that suit our clients’ needs.

I am well qualified, having post-graduate qualifications in business and have attended a number of international executive development and leadership programmes including Stanford University, London Business School and AGSM in Australia. I am also a Member of the Human Resources Institute of NZ, NZ Institute of Management, NZ Institute of Directors and Zonta International.

I also believe in giving back to my community and have been or am on the board of trustees of NFPs including Mary Potter Hospice, Youthline Wellington and the Skylight Trust.
