The company was missing some basic HR policies or the ones that were there needed updating to reflect their culture and to support operational improvements.

Approach/Solution

We interviewed staff and managers to identify the internal culture and then wrote a basic set of new policies and Code of Conduct to reflect this.

Outcome

The company made some significant changes to reflect its new operational model and implemented new HR policies to support this.

The organisation had no HR systems or processes in place and were in a state of change.

Approach/Solution

We developed and implemented a comprehensive HR framework, including policies, new employment agreements, position descriptions, health and safety system and performance management system. We consulted with staff and ran workshops on all of these.

Outcome

The new HR framework, systems and policies enabled the organisation to move forward into a new structure without risk and with greater clarity.
