Restructure provides efficiencies
Not for profit
A vacancy occurred at Director level and this provided the CE with the opportunity to review the Corporate Services Group.
We undertook a complete review of the Group and noticed there were operational and structural realignments needed as well as several opportunities for improving internal service delivery.
The recommendations from the review were accepted and implemented. In the short term, the organisation has a more efficient Corporate Services function and in the long term the new structure is more flexible and better able to respond to changing conditions.
Flexible resource deployment
Headfirst Ltd (web company)
The company needed to restructure in response to changing business needs. Being a small company the challenge was to ensure that they could continue to deliver to their client base.
We spent time understanding the key business drivers before recommending a new structure that included new employment terms and conditions for some staff so that there was maximum flexibility in the delivery of services.
The new structure was adopted including new employment agreements that give the company greater flexibility to deploy its resources.
